sio-karnataka zone: Chemistry question paper leak, strict action shall be taken: SIO Karnataka Bengaluru: The repeated leak of Chemistry question paper stunted the students of Karnataka. This state of affairs shows clearly the irresponsibility of the State government. All these wrongs literally caused the loss of credibility and trust on the state apparatus. As usual government tries to escape from responsibility of this matter by announcing an enquiry commission and false promises of punishing the culprits. At this point of time one thing is very clear that the government failed very badly in finding out the foul elements in the whole process of formation and disseminating of the question paper. As we all know that in other states the process of making and distribution of question papers are kept very confidential. The repeated leak of the chemistry question paper is happening when already an investigation is going by the CID of the state. Every year we find our PU Board in the news headings for one or the other controversies. The leak of question papers caused a situation of chaos in the minds of students across the state. This is not an isolated happening in the state. In 2012 Mathematics and Physics question paper were leaked, and lectures from Bengaluru, Chikballapura and Kolar were suspended. SIO Karnataka strongly condemns the irresponsibility of the State Government. We appeal the government to take required measure to ensure the safety and quality of the all competitive exams. Hence, the chemistry question paper leak shall be investigated in time and take action against the culprits.
